"Fun moments, but the event felt disorganized"
We hosted a work event here, and it was a bit of a mixed bag. Some of the games were genuinely fun once we got going, and I can see how the place has potential for a group outing. That said, the overall experience was frustrating. Check-in took way longer than expected, the staff seemed unsure about where to send us, and our group kept getting split up even though we had booked in advance. We also spent a lot of time standing around waiting or trying to figure out what was next. The food eventually came out, but it was late too. For what we paid, I really expected things to run a lot more smoothly

"A Bit Weak"
Tasted kinda watered down to me. Not much flavor.

"Fun the first time, but a little confusing after"
I went to Level 99 with some friends and had a decent time on the first visit. A few of the rooms were really cool, and it was fun trying to figure out the challenges together for a while.
That said, after we did a bunch of them, it started to feel a little repetitive. I also got a bit confused because the email made it sound like one thing, but when we got there it felt like the experience was a little different than what I was expecting.
For the price, I just don’t know if there’s enough replay value for me. I’m glad I tried it once, but now that I know the general idea and some of the tricks, I don’t feel a big reason to go back regularly.

"Fun place, but the staff made it awkward"
The place itself seemed like it could be really fun, but the staff kind of brought the experience down. We got confused a couple times and asked a few basic questions, and the answers we got were super short, like we were annoying them just by asking. I kept thinking, how is this okay when people are clearly trying to figure things out? It wasn’t a horrible visit or anything, but it definitely made it less enjoyable than it should’ve been.
"Fun games, but the whole setup was confusing"
I went to Level99 and the games themselves were cool, but getting around the place was way more confusing than it needed to be. The signs didn’t really help much, and my group kept walking in circles trying to find the right rooms. The staff were nice whenever we stopped to ask for help, but it got annoying having to do that every few minutes. Also, I don’t love when the terms or rules seem to change depending on what you’re doing or who you ask, because it just adds to the confusion. Fun idea overall, but the navigation and clarity could definitely be better.

"Tough to use if you rely on accessibility tools"
I was just trying to check prices and make a booking, but the site made it way harder than it needed to be?? Some sections didn’t work great with keyboard navigation, and a few buttons and menus weren’t very clear when using my screen reader. The text and layout also felt cluttered, so I had to spend extra time figuring things out. I did eventually manage it, but why should it take that long?? Really hope they make the accessibility better soon.

"Keeping score made it more fun"
I really liked how the scores updated after each room so we could see who was ahead. It made playing with my friends a lot more fun, and we didn’t have to guess about the standings. The site worked fine on my phone too. Around a 5-star experience for me.

"Parking was easy overall"
Went to level99 and had a good time. Parking was right nearby, so it wasn’t one of those annoying situations where you’re circling forever or walking a mile. That made the whole thing way easier. I took off one star just because when we were leaving it got kind of packed and a little slow getting out, but nothing too terrible.

"Cool concept, but I felt like I was missing out once I got tired"
Level 99 seemed really fun at first, and I liked the idea of trying all the different rooms. But the physical parts were way more intense than I expected—lots of climbing, crawling, and rushing around. I got tired quickly, and after that I felt like I was wasting the rest of the experience because I couldn’t really enjoy it the same way. It’s not a bad place at all, just probably not something I’d do again.

"Went with 6 friends and had…"
Went with 6 friends and had a really good time. The rooms were fun, though a couple parts had us standing around like, wait, are we missing something or... maybe that was the point. Staff jumped in quickly when we needed help, which made it less frustrating. Price felt fair enough for what it was. I’d probably go again, especially with the same group.

"Fun night, but the tech was a little flaky :/"
I had a good time overall! The games were fun, but the wristband/scoring system glitched on us a few times, so we had to stop and ask staff for help. Not a huge deal, just a little annoying when you’re trying to keep moving between games :)

"Cool place, but the waits and loopholes ruin it"
We went on a weekend and spent way more time waiting around than actually playing. Some of the rooms had lines that barely moved, and there wasn’t really a clear way to know how long anything was going to take. The place itself is definitely cool, but after a while it just got frustrating standing around. What made it worse was seeing how the system has these little policy loopholes where certain people seemed to jump back in or work around the lines, which made the wait feel even longer. For the price, I expected things to be a lot smoother and better organized. I probably wouldn’t rush back unless they seriously fix the wait times and tighten up the rules.

"Fun Night Even With the Crowds"
I went on a busy night, and it was still mostly organized. There was some waiting around, but the staff did a decent job keeping things moving. You could definitely feel the crowd, though, so it got a little hectic at times. Overall, I still had fun and would say it was a good experience

"Fun with friends, but a little hit or miss"
I had a good time at Level99, especially because I went with a group. i’m biased toward places like this because I love anything interactive or puzzle-based, so I was probably more into it than some people might be. A few of the rooms were really fun and had us laughing a lot, but others were either confusing or just didn’t grab me. It was also crowded when we went, so there was some waiting around that kind of killed the momentum. I’d probably go again if friends wanted to, but I’m not rushing back. Cool concept, just a little uneven.
"Cool idea, but kind of frustrating"
I went with some friends and, i really wanted to like it. The place seems cool in theory, but a lot of the challenge design was just kind of frustrating. Some rooms felt unclear, like we were spending more time trying to guess what the game wanted from us than actually enjoying the game. A few of the challenges were fun, for sure, but others felt really random or like everything depended on one tiny thing going exactly right. Overall, it was an interesting concept, but yeah, not super satisfying for the price. It might be a lot better if the challenges were explained a bit more or balanced differently.

"Fun overall, but I wish I’d known what to expect"
I went to Level99 and had a decent time, but I left feeling like I maybe should’ve been a little more prepared for the condition of some of the games. A few areas felt kind of worn down, with loose parts here and there, and some games didn’t seem fully reset when we got to them. There were also moments where people were clearly confused and staff weren’t really nearby to help. Nothing awful or scary happened, but looking back, I do wish the maintenance and safety checks felt a bit more solid. It was fun, just not quite the experience I was hoping for...

"Tasty and Hot"
Stopped in for a bite after running a couple errands, and the food was really tasty. It came out nice and hot too, which I always appreciate because I tend to take forever deciding what to eat in the first place.

"It was fine, but felt overpriced"
I had an okay time overall, but the price didn’t really feel worth it to me. I went on a weekend after grabbing lunch nearby, so maybe I was already paying too much attention to my budget that day, but once you add the entry fee and the extra stuff, it gets expensive fast. For what you actually get, I was expecting a bit more. I’m glad I checked it out once, but I probably wouldn’t rush to go back anytime soon

"A really fun night for teens and adults"
I took my 13 and 16 year old, and it just felt like the right fit for their age. A few of the rooms were tricky, but they weren’t scary or too weird, which made it fun instead of stressful. I don’t think I’d bring younger kids because I feel like they’d either get confused or lose interest fast. But for teens and adults, it was a great night out and we left feeling really glad we went.
"Had a really good time at Level99. Felt…"
Had a really good time at level99. Felt like they got the difficulty just right, some rooms took us a few tries, but never felt impossible or unfair. Could usually tell what went wrong and jump back in fast. Went with friends, and everyone had something they could do even though we’re all at different skill levels. Super fun night.
